Added Gatlin Setup and a test "test". There is a known deprecation inside the gradle plugin for gatlin: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/projects/IDEA/issues/IDEA-379286/Gradle-9.1-IDEA-Gradle-sync-uses-deprecated-API-Configuration.isVisible

Run the first test with: gradlew.bat gatlingRun --simulation simulations.SmokeTestSimulation -PbaseUrl=http://localhost:8080 -PauthToken=123abc -DhealthzPath=/q/health
if something is deployed on localhost:8080
