Janis Eccarius a75502bd5b docs(claude): add scaffold-service skill 
Skill that guides creating a new NowChess microservice (blue/green
Rollout + active/preview Services + HPA + image registration across
overlays + Kargo automation) and adding/changing configuration, with
the kustomize build + kubectl dry-run validation gate.

Janis Eccarius e13c9c2637 chore(claude): add YouTrack command suite 
Port create-defect, create-story, estimate-issues, fix-defect,
implement-feature and split-story commands, adapted for GitOps
(kustomize build + kubectl dry-run gates, NCI routing).
implement-feature now walks subtasks, respects blocked-by, and reports
cross-project (NCS/NCWF) tasks. Ignore .claude/worktrees.

Janis Eccarius 19921557f4 fix(staging): cap all HPA maxReplicas to 1 in staging environment 
Staging HPAs were scaling up to 3-5 replicas under CPU load, competing with
production for node memory request budget on the shared 2-node cluster.
Staging does not need autoscaling — fixed at 1 replica per service.

Janis Eccarius 1d0335f478 fix(rollouts): add previewReplicaCount: 1 to all blue-green rollouts 
During rollout, active RS (HPA-scaled) + preview RS (also HPA-scaled) = 2x
pod count, exhausting node memory request budgets. Setting previewReplicaCount: 1
caps the preview RS at 1 pod regardless of HPA until promotion completes.

Janis Eccarius 747363209a fix(resources): lower memory requests to fix ArgoCD controller scheduling 
metrics-server activation triggered simultaneous HPA scale-ups, exhausting
node request budgets despite sufficient physical RAM. ArgoCD application-
controller (256Mi request) could not schedule on either node.

- argocd controller: 256Mi → 128Mi request (unblocks scheduling immediately)
- nowchess services: 128Mi → 96Mi request (prevents HPA cascade from filling nodes)

Janis Eccarius ef25dad952 fix(kargo): fix soak time format and add tagSuffix to staging stages 
Change requiredSoakTime from 5m to 5m0s (Kargo duration format).
Add explicit tagSuffix="" to staging and eu-central-1-prod stages to
satisfy Kargo 1.10.x admission webhook variable resolution.
